Important artwork requirements for Custom Flags or Banner stand

1. If you are able to make design

  • Please set up at the scale of the template supplied.
  • Create artwork using Illustrator CS or supply as a High ResolutionPDF.
  • If an accurate color match is required, please supply aPantone / CMYK color orsend a printed reference. We will match to this as closely as possible but can’tguarantee an exact match.

    • Note!!

  • Take note of the live area and print size guidelines.
  • Text/logo must be from the printing edge 3cm.
  • Please outline ALL fonts when supplying theartwork.
  • Sleeves are black by default; if you need other colors, please indicate in thedesign.

    • 2. If you want us to help you with design

  • Please provide us editable vector file with layers, AI/PDFmaterial.
  • If using photographic images or heavy tinted images, please provide PNGimage,
    atleast 100dpi at the actual size you want.Files that are less than 100 dpiwill appear blurry when printed.

    • 3. Software-Specific Guidelines

  • Save as CMYK/PANTONE at final size/full size.
  • Outline all fonts.
  • Turn off all Overprints, supply all Links, and flatten Transparency.
  • If supplying a High Res PDF, do not compress and supply with all bleed and cropmarks.

    • Adobe Photoshop Photoshop

  • Supply a low resolution PDF for visual purposes.
  • If artwork is set up in Photoshop, text/logo will not be vectored and willhave some pixelation when printed full size.
  • Supply the layered Photoshop document (PSD file) or JPEG file must be at 100dpi.
