Where do you deliver? We can ship to over 220 countries and regions worldwide via sea/air freight or air express delivery (DHL/FEDEX/UPS).
Where do you have distributors? We have distributors in
USA, Canada, Mexico, Australia, New Zealand, England, Portugal, Spain, Germany, France, Poland, Hungary, Slovak, Sweden, Canada, Italy, Korea, South Africa and etc. There are Warehouses in the US and Portugal.
Do I have to order from your distributors or from you directly? We work with most of top flag manufacturers, sign distributors or display wholesalers from over 80 countries or territories of the world, and will give suggestion on how to order based on your location & quantity.
What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)? For most of standard products, No minimum order quantity. But the price is based on quantity. The more quantity, the more favorable the price.
What's the sample cost and production time? We'd like to supply free samples with freight collect for flag printing company & sign display wholesaler.
For standard size, standard packing, the samples can be shipped within 3 days after confirmed.

When it is FOB quote, in what ports can you send goods? As the nearest international port, Qingdao port is more convenient for us. If you want to consolidate the cargo with other suppliers in Shanghai or Ningbo, we would like to assist.
What is the lead Time? Depends on the product and quantity:
  • 100–200pcs: 3–5 working days
  • 300–500pcs: 7–10 business days
  • 1000–2000pcs: 15–20 days

How long is your warranty? We offer 3 years warranty on our banner pole which normally last anywhere between 3 to 10 years.
Are the flag poles interchangeable between different banners? Most of our flag poles are designed to support one single sized banner. Some models like SF banner, 4in1 flag system, Giant pole system, one pole can support 2-4 kinds of flag shapes, our combo pole can support different flag shape & different size. What is the difference between your flag base options? Our base options are for different conditions:
  • Indoor/outdoor, wall/window, car tire, etc.
  • Most popular:
    • Ground spike for soft ground
    • Cross base for hard ground
Can I purchase flagpole or flag stand base hardware separately? Yes.
You can order separately but need to check and make sure what we will made can match what you have.
We also accept customization in different sizes.
Are your products easy to install and remove? Our products can be installed in a minutes with no more than 2 people required for larger products.
