This is all dependent on the products you have ordered and the quantities. For our standard products, roughly it takes about 3-5 working days to produce 100-200pcs and 7-10 business days for 300-500pcs, 15-20 days for 1000-2000pcs. Our sales will confirm the dispatch date with offer.

We offer 3 years warranty on our banner pole which normally last anywhere between 3 to 10 years.

Most of our flag poles are designed to support one single sized banner. Some models like SF banner, 4in1 flag system, Giant pole system, one pole can support 2-4 kinds of flag shapes, our combo pole can support different flag shape & different size. Pls contact us for more details.

Our base options are designed for different using conditions, so you can choose as per your actual using place and preference. such as bases for indoor or outdoor, on wall or window, base for the car Tyre, etc. The most popular flag base option is the ground spike for soft ground use and cross base for hard ground use.

Yes. You can order separately but need to check and make sure what we will made can match what you have. We also accept customization in different sizes.

Our products can be installed in a minutes with no more than 2 people required for larger products. The instructions of installation and removal or videos are available for assistance.
